Test methods, limits, frequency, laboratory arrangements, fees and available reports must be confirmed. Certificates or destination-market approvals are not assumed from this service description.
Build the inspection brief
For each requested check, confirm the item, method, acceptance limit, timing, responsible party and record. Ask which testing is performed internally and which needs an external provider.

Can a third party inspect the order?
Discuss the proposed inspector, timing, scope, access and fees before arranging the inspection.

The required records, report format and delivery timing are agreed for the order. Ask for a sample document format before confirming your requirements.
