PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS
Before you
confirm the order.
How do OEM and ODM apply to my project?
Use the routes here as starting points for discussion. The actual formula source, development work, packaging, rights and production responsibilities are defined in your project scope.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed for the chosen formula, fill volume, container and printed packaging. Share the quantity you are considering so the applicable conditions can be reviewed.
Are samples or development work free?
Sample availability, development fees, revision scope, courier charges and any order-related credit need to be confirmed in the proposal. They are not assumed to be included.
How long will the project take?
Development, approvals, packaging supply, production and transport have separate timelines. The project schedule is reviewed after the scope and dependencies are clear.
What deposit and payment method do you require?
Amounts, percentages, currency, methods, charges and due dates are specified in your quotation and order agreement.
Who owns the formula and artwork?
Existing materials, newly developed work, rights of use and any exclusivity are agreed in writing for the project. Confirm the scope before development or design work starts.
Can you help with destination-market documents?
Share the country and product category. We will review the documents requested, what can be supplied and which registration, import or local-agent tasks remain with the buyer or another provider.
Can I discuss OBM or another brand arrangement?
Describe the arrangement you need. Brand availability, authorisation, territory and commercial responsibilities require separate confirmation. This website serves B2B inquiries.
